01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and d5666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the d5666 website at d5666.app, including all games, betting services, promotional offers, and customer support facilities made available through the platform.

03 Account Registration

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game operates under the rules and mathematical specifications published by its respective provider. • Any player found to be using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other unfair technical advantage to gain an edge in casino games or sports betting will have their account suspended and all winnings generated through such means forfeited.

07 User Obligations

As a registered player on d5666, you agree to the following obligations, which are conditions of continued account access:

• You will provide truthful, accurate, and current information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and when updating your account details.
• You will not share your account login credentials with any other person. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, permanent account closure, and referral to law enforcement authorities where legally required.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

d5666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Evidence of underage gambling or account access by a person under the age of 18.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion with other players.
• Activation of a self-exclusion request by the player under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If your account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, d5666 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
